August 22, 23, 29, 30 — Closed for the Lorain County Fair. We apologize for the closures; it is hard to maintain open hours during the fair week because the Directors are involved in fair activities.
September 10 — Board Meeting, 7pm
September 12, 13 — Ohio Open Doors — The Inside Scoop on Archibald Willard
September 17 — Connect to a Cause; help us preserve and frame an 1896 McKinley for President cloth poster
October 4 — Southern Lorain County Historical Road Show, 11am–5pm. Visit the six participating museums, collect passport stamps, turn in for a prize! Spirit of ’76 Museum, Belden Historical Society, Huntington Historical Society, LaGrange Historical Society, Penfield Historical Society, and Pittsfield Historical Society.
October 8 — Annual Dinner Meeting at Eagles Hall, 6:00 p.m. Come hear Cleveland news anchor Dorothy Fuldheim as portrayed by Carol Starre-Kmiecik
October 31 — Last day for 2026 season, closed until April 2027
